The Space

Facing the ocean and the nature reserve, the villa offers spectacular views that can be enjoyed from both the infinity pool and the spacious terrace.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring a relaxing and private stay for every guest. The villa also includes a large open-plan American kitchen connected to a bright and expansive living room, fully furnished for a peaceful and comfortable vacation.

A covered terrace with adjustable blinds allows you to enjoy the outdoor space at any time of day.

Both the indoor and outdoor furniture are crafted from locally sourced teak wood, handmade by talented local carpenters, adding warmth and authenticity to the space.

Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, sip your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean, and watch the wildlife that surrounds you. You may see howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, squirrels, coatis (pizotes), anteaters, iguanas, exotic birds, and butterflies right from the terrace.

A separate cabin can also be included in the rental upon request.

Guest Access

Villa Casa Búho is located within a private gated property shared with only one other house. Each home has its own separate entrance and private parking space inside the property.

Due to the jungle location, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the villa.

The property offers direct access to Santa Teresa, and in exceptional cases guests may also use the secondary entrance leading toward Cobano Airport (15 minutes) or the Paquera Ferry (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes).

Other Things to Note

For getting around the area, an ATV or 4x4 quad is highly recommended.

For larger groups, up to 6 rooms can be booked across the property (up to 14–15 guests) upon request.
